Laura Wigg is a qualified nutritionist having achieved Bachelor of Science first class honours degree in Food Science and Nutrition at Northumbria University. She has over 7 years experience working within South Tyneside NHS Primary Care Trust as a Health and Lifestyle Advisor, specialising in weight management and behaviour change. Laura is a firm believer in continued professional development and recently graduated with a Masters Degree in Public Health.

Newcastle Physiotherapy is delighted to have such an experienced and passionte nutritionist as Laura in our physical health team. Laura will work with you to provide professional, nutritional advice individually tailored to your personal requirements.
