Chanté Melville (Clinical Specialist & Injection Therapist)

Chanté is a South African-trained Physiotherapist with over 9 years of experience in Musculoskeletal (MSK) care. She is also a qualified injection therapist, offering advanced treatment options for a wide range of MSK conditions.

She has a particular interest in biomechanics and functional movement, using a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation – often incorporating Pilates principles – to help patients return to optimal performance. Chanté also provides support for pre- and postnatal exercise care, including safe return to sport and activity.

Previously a clinic owner in South Africa, she has worked in both outpatient and acute hospital settings.

Chanté is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
